We want your shopping experience with Falcon Books to be simple, fair, and transparent.
Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Books must be unused, undamaged and in original condition with no markings, creases or broken spines. Shrink-wrapped items must be unopened.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@thefalconbooks.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. This never counts against the standard return window.
How to Start a Return
Email info@thefalconbooks.com with your order number and reason; we'll send instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we approve or decline within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, the return process applies.
