Products & Pricing
Prices are in AED and include/exclude 5% VAT as displayed at checkout. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors and decline or cancel orders affected by a pricing or stock error, even after the order is placed. All books are brand-new physical editions.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or stock issues, and refund amounts paid where applicable.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by approved providers, or via Cash on Delivery where offered. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery
Delivery is handled as per our Delivery/Shipping information. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns
Returns are handled as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including logo, text, design, images, and layout, belongs to Falcon Books or its licensors. No copying, reproduction, or distribution is allowed without permission.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the applicable courts of Dubai.
