At Falcon Books, we want your books to reach you in good condition. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on thefalconbooks.com.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

For a standard return or exchange, the book must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Free from markings, writing, highlighting, or other damage

If your book arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from the item you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@thefalconbooks.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The book title

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • Photos, if the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send a book back before receiving instructions from The Falcon Books.

Return Shipping Costs

For a standard return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the book arrived damaged, is defective, or the wrong item was sent, Falcon Books will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange an appropriate return method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and approving the returned book. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery if the book meets the eligibility conditions above. If a book arrives damaged, is defective, or the wrong item was sent, contact us with the order details and photos so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

Please contact us at info@thefalconbooks.com with your order number, book title, and a description of the issue. Exchange instructions will be provided after the request has been reviewed.
